Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
